1 head of broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Break the broccoli into evenly sized florets and spread them out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the florets with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Roast in the oven or air-fryer for 10–22 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and crisp around the edges, with a golden-brown colour.
