Qualifications & Experience

Ellie is a UK-trained HCPC Registered Dietitian, having completed her BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Plymouth, graduating in 2019. She has been practising as a dietitian for over six years.

Ellie began her career in the UK, working across both NHS and private healthcare settings in Essex and Kent. Her experience spans acute hospital care and outpatient community services, giving her a strong clinical foundation across a wide range of conditions and disease states.

In 2022, Ellie relocated to Singapore, where she has now been practising for almost four years. She currently works at UFIT Singapore and has done so for the past three years, supporting clients to navigate nutrition within busy, high-stress lifestyles while improving health, body composition, performance, and long-term sustainability. Her approach prioritises evidence-based practice, realistic behaviour change, and food freedom over rigid or restrictive dieting.

Alongside her core dietetic training, Ellie holds additional certifications in the advanced dietary management of IBS and the Low FODMAP diet through King’s College London, sports nutrition through Sports Nutrition Australia, and mindfulness-based practice. She regularly engages in continuing professional development to ensure her work reflects current research and clinical best practice.

In 2025, UFIT Nutrition was voted Top Five in the Best Nutritionist category in Expat Living’s Readers’ Choice Awards. At the time of this recognition, Ellie was the sole dietitian leading and delivering UFIT’s nutrition services.
